Wie wird die AWE Karte mit dem Keyboard verbunden? (ca. 50 % der Fragen)		How can I connect the AWE-Card with the Keyboard (approx. 50 % of the questions)?
	Das Verbindungskabel besitzt an dem einem Ende zwei Diodenstecker. Diese Stecker sind beschriftet mit IN und OUT. Der Stecker mit der Beschriftung OUT muß im Keyboard in die Midi Buchse IN und der Stecker mit Beschriftung IN muß im Keyboard in die Midi Buchse OUT gesteckt werden.	The connecting cable has on one end two diode connectors. These connectors are labelled with IN and OUT. The connector which is labelled with OUT must be plugged in the keyboard in the Midi connector IN; the one labelled with IN must be connected in the Midi connector OUT.

Spielen mit dem Keyboard ist nicht über AWE Karte möglich ( ca. 40 % der Fragen)		It is not possible to play the keyboard over the AWE-Card (approx. 40 % of the questions).
Vorraussetzung ist das Vorhandensein eines Sequencers, z. B. Cakewalk.	In der Sequenzer-Software ist unter Einstellungen (Settings) ein Punkt MIDI-Geräte (MIDI Devices) zu finden. Unter MIDI-Geräte ist im Midi Eingang Feld (Input Ports) ein MIDI-IN-PORT auszuwählen Im Midi Ausgang Feld (Output Ports) ist entweder ein MIDI-OUT-PORT oder der AWE Synthesizer, SB 32 AWE32 (oder 64) auszuwählen. Es darf nur 1 Ausgang angwählt sein. Sonst funktioniert nichts. Ist der AWE Synthesizer angewählt kann über die AWE Karte gespielt werden. Bei Anwahl des MIDI-OUT-PORT werden die Midi Signale zurück zum Keybaord gesendet. In der AWE Steuerung selbst ist General Midi (GM) und unter Synthesizer zu Anfang die synthgm.sbk anzuwählen. Mit diesen Grundeinstellungen funktioniert die Karte. Es soll hier nicht unerwähnt bleiben, daß die Namen der Einstellungen von Programm zu Programm variieren können	Under settings in the Sequencer-Software there is a point Midi Devices. Here you can select under Input Ports a Midi-In-Port. Under Output Ports you can either select the option Midi-Out-Port or AWE Synthesizer, SB32 AWE32 (or 64). You are only allowed to select 1 exit. Otherwise it will not operate. If you have selected the AWE Synthesizer you can play over the AWE-Card. If you have selected the Midi-Out-Port the Midi-Signals will be sent back to the keyboard. You must select in the AWE control itself General Midi (GM) and under Synthesizer at the beginning synthgm.sbk. With these adjustments the card will operate. I must mention here, that the names of the settings can vary from program to program

Wie ist die Anschlußbelegung in einem Midi-Kabel? ( ca. 20 % der Fragen)		How is the pin assignment in the Midi-cable (approx. 20 % of the questions)?
	Die Kabel sollten nicht länger als 2 m sein und die Adern paarweise abgeschirmt. Grundsätzlich funktionieren auch Tonband- oder Cassettenrecorder Überspielkabel, sofern nicht mehr als 2 Midi Geräte miteinander verbunden werden.	The cable should not be longer as 2 meters and the veins sceened by pairs. Basically you can use also a outplay cable from a tape or casett recorder as long as you don't connect 2 Midi-Devices.

Wie sieht das Einstellungsfenster für die Midi-Devices aus? ( ca. 15 % der Fragen)		How does the window for setting for the Midi-Devices look like (approx. 15 % of the questions)?
	Mit der abgebildeten Einstellung sendet die AWE Karte Midi Signale zum Keyboard. Die Karte selbst ist stumm.	The mapped setting sends the Midi signals of the AWE-Card to the keyboard. The card itself is mute
